A History of Trusted Heating & Air Conditioning Service and Sales in the St Louis Metro East

Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. was incorporated in 1988 after John Sigman decided to branch out on his own after 17 years working for a major, local heating and air conditioning company. John worked out of his home until 1989 when he purchased the property for our first location at 3101 South Belt West in Belleville. After years of expansion, the old shop was quickly becoming too small for the growing business. In 2002, the company purchased the former Wainwright Miniature Golf Course property at 6200 Old St. Louis Road, also in Belleville.

Our new facility was originally 10,000 square feet and was constructed using geothermal heating and cooling and radiant flooring. This was done not only for the environmental and utility cost benefits, but to showcase our vast knowledge and skill at installing geothermal, radiant heat, water heaters, copper piping, duct work and much more!

After years of growth, we quickly needed to expand our current shop. Construction of an additional 6,000 square feet began in 2008. The new addition became our expanded sheet metal fabrication shop, where we custom build duct work and sheet metal fittings.

Currently, we serve the entire St. Louis region. We perform residential and light commercial service, replacement, new installation and commercial refrigeration work.
